I am the only Realtor I know that works in the field their degree is in, adolescent psychology! My father was a developer/builder and owned a real estate company. Real estate was a way of life for our family. Therefore, when my job as a counselor dead-ended in pay I turned to real estate. In the 80’s I started property management when the market was much like today, many people couldn’t sell their properties for what they owed against them. Thus I combined real estate sales with property management and the “One Stop Real Estate” concept was born. Friends and family started seeking my advice and assistance to purchase their homes and their investments. During the years I have invested in real estate along with my clients. My clients saw that I did it, and if I can do it anyone can, leading by example.
My mission is to find the perfect fit, for my client’s home and investment portfolio, that meets everyone’s needs. . To create relationships that all want to repeat again and again.

1986-2008 Associate Broker with Holland Realty . Consultant to investors for income property and Buyers for home purchases. Sole proprietor for Hardee Property Management with an average of 110 properties managed. Property Manager for clients as a one stop investment package. Marketed Builders product and models for 15 years.
1979-1984 Realtor with Checkmate Realty, Developed and designed new construction. 1978-1980 Counselor for teenager children who were wards of the state at state institution.

Community Affiliations:Past President of Southwest Regional NARPM. Past President “The Woman’s Group”, charity organization for children who are wards of the state, foster care, fund raisers for scholarships for the arts for girls, and musical drama scholarships through the YWCA.
Hobbies: Daily exercising, golfing, skiing, and dork walking. Taking children to sporting events. Love to cook and garden and am involved in many cooking clubs. Domestic goddess with three daughters, John and 2 dogs. Practicing speaking French.
